Update on The Family

2/20

I didn’t do much in the morning time. I got to talk to KR and my family on SKYPE. Maggie (I still have trouble using that name) thinks she’s going to go to prom (as a freshman) and she’s loving "Peter Pan." I’m glad she got into theatre. Abby has decided to attend Transylvania University and has been given an awesome scholarship to do so. She is also going full speed with "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" which debuts this weekend. Good luck to her!! She’s the narrator- I can’t believe I’m missing it. Dad and I talked a lot about the new house. My sisters seem to like the farm and they are usually pretty picky about houses so I suppose I will trust them. A family friend is going to board her horse at our house a couple times over the summer- I’m pretty excited about that. Mom and I didn’t talk too much- mostly gossiped. She's got a lot on her plate right now.

I went to lie out on the beach to do homework. Surprisingly enough—I didn’t get much homework done but I had a good talk with Jade. Following that, Courtney, Mary, Angie G and I went for a swim in the pool.

I attempted to do some more homework and then went to Sports Administration. It was a pretty good class other than the fact that nobody was responding much…so Dr. Arthur was getting frustrated. Who could have known?!

We played capture the flag as a large group in the field at night. That was pretty cool. Then it was off for Euchre and some fun. Fat Tuesday. I’m not going to eat junk food for lent.

I thought I was walking home by myself but Angie, Craig and JD came running up behind me. It turned out to be quite a good night...until it came to sleeping.
